REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At SANGREAL BRANDS US, LLC (operating as SBH), we take the quality and purity of our health and wellness products seriously. Due to the nature of our products (ingestibles and perishables), we maintain strict return criteria to ensure the safety of all our customers.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed products. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with the original tamper-evident seal intact, and in its original packaging.

2. PERISHABLE & HYGIENE EXCEPTIONS

Non-Returnable Items: * Opened Products: For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on any honey products where the original seal has been broken or tampered with.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on "Sale" or with a "Gift Card" are final sale.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, you must contact us at stinglessbeehoney@sangrealbrands.com.

  1. Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  2. Shipping Address: Authorized returns must be sent to: SANGREAL BRANDS US, LLC 390 NE 191st St STE #90860 Miami, FL 33179

  3. Labels: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

4. DAMAGES AND SHIPMENT ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged in transit (e.g., shattered glass or leaking seal) or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at stinglessbeehoney@sangrealbrands.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (provided it is unopened), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact to qualify for a full refund under health and safety derogations of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

7. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at stinglessbeehoney@sangrealbrands.com.
