This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from stinglessbeehoney.com (operated by SANGREAL BRANDS US, LLC).
1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Our primary operations are focused on the United States market.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping: We utilize major carriers (Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, FedEx) for all domestic deliveries.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS (DDU)
SANGREAL BRANDS US, LLC primarily ships within the United States. We may, at our sole discretion, allow for international shipping to select jurisdictions provided the following conditions are met:

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): All international orders are shipped on a DDU basis. This means the price paid at checkout does not include import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees.

Customer Responsibility: The recipient is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and local taxes. If these fees are refused, the package may be abandoned; no refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused international shipments.

Regulatory Compliance: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that honey products can be legally imported into their country. We are not responsible for items seized, delayed, or destroyed by foreign customs or agricultural authorities.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. RISK OF LOSS (F.O.B. SHIPPING POINT)
All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSING
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
6. DAMAGES
SANGREAL BRANDS US, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
